Meet Brad Walsh
Brad Walsh is the President of Eagle Title and an Associate Attorney with Liff, Walsh & Simmons, its affiliated law firm. He oversees the operation of the Residential and Commercial divisions of Eagle Title and performs settlements for its customers. He has assisted in closing over 2,000 transactions. Brad is directly responsible for Eagle Title’s TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Compliance and other regulatory measures.
Brad graduated from Broadneck High School and obtained his Bachelor of Science from Salisbury University. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law where he obtained a concentration in Real Estate Practice. Prior to his admission to the Maryland State Bar, Mr. Walsh served as a Law Clerk at Liff, Walsh & Simmons.
Brad currently resides in Anne Arundel County with his wife and children. He is active in the community, supporting many charitable organizations including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Maryland Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Brad serves on the Fish For a Cure Board of Directors in support of the team, Reel Counsel. Mr. Walsh is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, and participates in the Anne Arundel County Bar Association Softball League.
