Barry DesRoches is an expert in the title business. He uses his expertise and depth of understanding to drive value for Eagle Title’s building partners — not only at the settlement table but throughout the entire building process. Committed to outstanding customer service, Barry receives regular recognition from his peers and clients for going above and beyond.

Barry’s background includes many years in the home building industry before moving to the title business. He was a founder of Cardinal Industries Scattered Lot Building Division (Maryland), a Ryland Homes team member and spent his college summers with Columbia Builders.

Speaking of college, Barry is filled with #MarylandPride. As a graduate of the University of Maryland (B.S. in Business Management), Barry is an active University of Maryland alumni, serving as Past President of the Robert Smith School of Business Alumni Association, a Past Board of Visitors member, a Past Board member of the Terrapin club (and member for more than 25 years) years and is a member of the Board of the “Friends of the University of Maryland Golf Course.” Additionally, Barry received his M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola of Baltimore.

Equally active in his community, Barry served as President of the Rotary Club of Crofton, Maryland and was a recipient of their Rotarian of the Year award and is a former board member of the Crofton Chamber of Commerce.
