Earl Wise is Of Counsel with the Commercial Division of Eagle Title.

Earl carries extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, earned through his career which has spanned more than 30 years. Past positions held in the field include serving as the managing partner of a commercial title services company, serving as counsel to a major title insurer, and working as a title abstractor. Earl utilizes this accumulation of real-world knowledge to advise clients on a wide range of title insurance and closing issues. He conducts closings for national law firms, national offices of title insurers, Fortune 500 companies, and major institutions. Earl is the go-to resource to resolve actual, and mitigate potential, commercial settlement issues.

Earl is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and Washington D.C. Bar Association. Wise earned his law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in history from the College of William & Mary.
