Whether he’s helping clients navigate the details of a closing, catching a concert with friends, or tracking down the best pizza and espresso in town, Brett’s mix of curiosity and drive shines through in everything he does.
What’s your favorite restaurant in Anne Arundel County?
I love Vin 909. They have great pizza and appetizers and a menu that changes with the seasons. Who doesn’t love pizza and wine?
What’s your go-to coffee or lunch spot near the office?
Rise Up. Great espresso made from locally and freshly roasted beans as well as killer breakfast burritos.
Best way to spend a Saturday:
At a concert with friends. My favorite local venues are Merriweather, Pier Six Pavilion, and the 8×10.
If someone was visiting Annapolis for the first time…
Main Street Annapolis has fantastic food, shopping, and views. Check out Fox’s Den, Joss, or McGarvey’s for food and drinks then stop in any of the great shops along Main Street.
Favorite dessert spot:
Red Bean. You choose a base flavor and a couple add-ins then they mix it up fresh for you. My go-to is chocolate ice cream with a shot of espresso and marshmallow.
What do you love most about working in title?
Problem solving. Title is an endless stream of problems that we find answers to.
What excites you most about being part of Eagle Title?
How team-oriented it is. Everyone is willing to step up and help at a moment’s notice.

Driven, curious, and straightforward.
Something people might be surprised to learn about you:
I love the Grateful Dead. I try to go to all jam and dead cover band shows when they come around. My favorite dead show is the Sunshine Daydream Concert 8/27/1972.
