Wire fraud schemes are often aimed at tricking consumers into transferring funds to fraudulent accounts.We do not ask clients to send wiring instructions via email, and we advise that you always verify any wire transfer instructions by directly contacting us through verified communication channels, such as our secure phone lines, the secure Qualia portal, or via fax.
We do not change our wiring instructions, any correspondence to the contrary should be flagged as suspicious. Please call us immediately if you receive any communication indicating alternative wiring procedures.
