Eagle Title is proud to announce that Brett Menzel has joined the Severna Park branch as a Settlement Officer.
With more than five years of experience in the title industry and a proven record of handling hundreds of closings—from purchases to refinances—Brett brings both expertise and a client-first mindset to the Eagle Title team.
As a Settlement Officer, Brett plays an essential role in conducting settlements, supporting agents, and ensuring every client experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to “read the room,” he keeps each transaction efficient while recognizing when clients need extra clarity or reassurance. His goal is simple: to deliver settlements that inspire confidence and peace of mind.
Before joining Eagle Title, Brett served as a Settlement Officer in Baltimore, where he guided buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders through seamless real estate transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Account Executive for a local company where he developed strong skills in client service, relationship management, and problem-solving.

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Brett earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and was a member of Pi Lambda Phi fraternity. He is also a proud Calvert Hall alumnus, carrying forward a foundation of leadership, collaboration, and community that continues to guide his professional approach.
