Brad Walsh, Esq. is the President of Eagle Title.
Prior to being named President, Brad held practically every position in Eagle Title, creating a depth of knowledge that guides his decision-making as a leader. With a passion for people and sales, he is a subject matter expert on all things related to Title and often serves as a guest speaker for real estate industry events. A self-proclaimed “title nerd” and “dirt lawyer,” Brad combines his creative problem-solving and title knowledge to solve the most complex land and title concerns.
A graduate of Broadneck High School, Brad obtained his Bachelor of Science from Salisbury University. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and obtained a concentration in Real Estate Practice. He is admitted to the Maryland State bar.
Additionally, Brad is an active community supporter. His passion for fishing and supporting cancer patients and families led him to volunteer with Fish For A Cure (F4AC). He currently serves on the F4AC Board of Directors and was Captain of Reel Counsel in 2022, when the team raised $144K to win the Paul C. Dettor Captain’s Challenge.
Brad resides with his wife and children on the Broadneck Peninsula in Anne Arundel County; he can be found on the Magothy river or on the sports sidelines with his family on the weekends.
