Erika Merritt is the Vice President of Human Resources for Eagle Title and Liff, Walsh & Simmons.

Previously, Erika was Director of Talent Development at Under Armour Inc. in Baltimore, MD. During her 16-year tenure there, Erika advanced the maturity of the Talent and Learning function and spearheaded key employee experience initiatives during the company’s rapid growth phase. 

Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mount St. Mary’s University, and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore.

Erika lives in Severna Park with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and cheering on her favorite local sports teams.
