Meet Erin McNaboe

Erin McNaboe is the Vice President of Residential Operations.

Prior to serving as Vice President of Residential Operations, Erin McNaboe served as the Director of Marketing for Eagle Title and Liff, Walsh & Simmons. Before Eagle Title, Erin served as Director of Marketing for Luminis Health, Maryland’s $1.1B health system. While at Luminis Health, McNaboe assisted in the launch of a new brand during the COVID-19 global pandemic and oversaw the $4M marketing budget.

Erin spent 15 years growing the regional brand The Rams Head Group, a nationally recognized restaurant and entertainment company. During her tenure, McNaboe served as President and supported the family-run restaurant’s growth, branding, and business development into a multi-unit restaurant and entertainment group, producing 700 concerts annually and generating more than $20M in annual sales.

A graduate of Severna Park High School, Erin obtained her Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech, studying Marketing Management; she earned her global business concentration at the Steger Center for International Scholarship in Riva San Vitale, Switzerland. She subsequently earned her Master of Science from the University of Alabama Culverhouse School of Business in Marketing.

Erin lives in Annapolis, Maryland, with her husband and two boys. She carves out significant time for serving the community and enjoys traveling and time on the water with her family.
