Jay Walsh, Esq. serves as CEO of Eagle Title, where his strategic leadership has fueled the company’s rapid growth and expansion into Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, D.C., establishing it as a leading title provider in the Mid-Atlantic region.

With a focus on strategic growth, Jay is dedicated to building a team of professionals who share Eagle Title’s culture of collaboration and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience across its residential, commercial, and builder services divisions. He is a strong advocate for implementing and utilizing technology to streamline and enhance the consumer’s experience.

In addition, Jay holds the role of Managing Partner at Liff, Walsh & Simmons, Eagle Title’s affiliated full-service law firm.

Deeply rooted in the Annapolis, Maryland community, Jay is an active supporter of several local charities and nonprofit organizations, including the Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation and Fish For a Cure. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Anne Arundel Bar Association and is a past president of the Annapolis Touchdown Club. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Warrior Events and supports organizations such as Historic Annapolis and the Annapolitan Club.

Jay lives in Arnold, MD with his family and is passionate about giving back to the community he calls home.
