Wendy Gotte is a licensed Title Settlement Agent and Notary Public with more than 24 years of real estate experience. Originally from California, she spent 18 years there as an Escrow Officer before gaining additional loan processing experience in South Carolina during the rollout of TRID regulations. Wendy relocated to Southern Maryland in 2021 and brings a strong reputation for organization, attention to detail, and keeping transactions moving smoothly from contract to close.

As a Settlement Officer with Eagle Title’s Southern Maryland team, Wendy is dedicated to creating a seamless, positive closing experience for every client. Outside of the office, she lives in St. Mary’s County with her family and two dogs and enjoys performing in a band with her husband, where she plays keyboard and sings lead vocals.
