Zanna Clayton is a licensed Settlement Officer in both Maryland and Virginia, bringing nearly seven years of experience in the title industry. She began her career as a pre-closing and post-closing assistant, steadily advancing into processing before earning her license in 2021.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and warm, approachable communication, Zanna thrives at the settlement table—where she loves helping sellers reflect on their journey and guiding buyers as they take the next exciting step forward.

Raised in Calvert County, Zanna now lives in Owings with her husband and their two sons. Her deep roots in the community have allowed her to build strong, lasting relationships with local agents, lenders, and clients throughout the region.

When she’s not at work, Zanna enjoys traveling with her family—favorites so far include Barbados and St. Lucia, with Greece next on the list. She also loves relaxing by the beach or pool, hunting for hidden gems at TJ Maxx and Marshalls, and embracing life’s little adventures.
