SUMMARY:
The HR Coordinator will provide comprehensive human resources support for two affiliated organizations: Eagle Title, a leading title and settlement company, and Liff Walsh & Simmons, a respected law firm. This role ensures smooth HR operations across both companies, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing priorities across two dynamic professional environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling for both companies.
- Manage new hire onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, employment agreements, and orientation sessions.
- Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems for both organizations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations (including real estate/title and legal requirements).
- Benefits Administration
- Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with questions.
- Liaise with benefits providers and ensure timely updates for both companies.
- HR Support
- Prepare HR reports, assist with payroll coordination, and support performance review processes.
- Coordinate training programs and continuing education requirements for attorneys and title professionals.
- Employee Engagement
- Organize company events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and foster a positive workplace culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience; experience in professional services or real estate/title industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Salary Range: $45,000-65,000/year
