SUMMARY:

The HR Coordinator will provide comprehensive human resources support for two affiliated organizations: Eagle Title, a leading title and settlement company, and Liff Walsh & Simmons, a respected law firm. This role ensures smooth HR operations across both companies, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing priorities across two dynamic professional environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling for both companies.
    • Manage new hire onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, employment agreements, and orientation sessions.
  • Employee Records & Compliance
    • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems for both organizations.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations (including real estate/title and legal requirements).
  • Benefits Administration
    • Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with questions.
    • Liaise with benefits providers and ensure timely updates for both companies.
  • HR Support
    • Prepare HR reports, assist with payroll coordination, and support performance review processes.
    • Coordinate training programs and continuing education requirements for attorneys and title professionals.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Organize company events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and foster a positive workplace culture.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience; experience in professional services or real estate/title industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Salary Range: $45,000-65,000/year
