Brooke Silard

Brooke Silard is a Settlement Officer at Eagle Title. She has worked in the Washington, D.C. and Maryland legal communities as a BigLaw Office Administrator and Senior Litigation Paralegal for over 23 years. With a passion for transactional processes and a dedication to customer service, Brooke transitioned to the Real Estate field and obtained her Maryland Real Estate License in 2017. She continued to expand her real estate business expertise by serving as Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator for an active Anne Arundel County-based brokerage, joining the Eagle Title team in early 2019. Brooke conducts settlements all over the State of Maryland and offers her fluent Spanish to support our bilingual settlement services. In her spare time, Brooke enjoys living life to the fullest with her husband Kevin, and spending time with family and friends.
