Cheryl Odell-Duffy

Cheryl Odell-Duffy is the Severna Park Branch Manager and a Settlement Officer at Eagle Title.

Cheryl started her real estate career in 1986 as a Mortgage Loan Processor and quickly moved to the Title and Escrow business. Since moving back to Severna Park, Maryland in 1993, Cheryl has worked as a licensed settlement officer and branch manager in the greater Annapolis area. She is an active member of Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, and Home Builders Association of Maryland. As a continuous learner, Cheryl remains on top of changes within the title, lending, and real estate industry.

Cheryl’s raised her three children in Anne Arundel County, where they graduated from her Alma Mater – Severna Park High School. She now resides on Kent Island with her fiance, Bob, on a small farm with dogs, cats, and goats. Her favorite pastime is attending the Washington Capitals game where she is known to give a roaring #LetsGoCaps.
