Meet Jay Walsh
Jay Walsh is a Member and CEO of Eagle Title. In addition to his duties as CEO, he directly oversees the Commercial Division and serves as the Managing Partner and Chairman of the Real Estate and Commercial Finance Practice Groups of Eagle Title’s affiliated law firm, Liff, Walsh & Simmons. Jay regularly represents real estate developers, owners, investors, builders, and financial institutions in a wide range of complex real estate and commercial transactions. Jay has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Real Estate.
Jay graduated from the University of Maryland and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Jay started his legal career during law school as a law clerk to the Honorable Marvin Mandel, and then joined Marvin Mandel, P.C. as an associate attorney after gaining admission to the Maryland Bar.
Jay currently lives in Anne Arundel County with his family and is an active supporter of many Annapolis-based charities, including the Maryland Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Denim & Diamonds and the Building Traditions Society of the Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation. He is an active member and Past President of the Annapolis Touchdown Club and has served on the Board of Directors of Warrior Events, an organization supporting and honoring veterans in the community. Additionally, he is an angler on Reel Counsel for Fish For A Cure.
