Eagle Title is proud to welcome Wendy Gotte as the newest Settlement Officer in our Southern Maryland office, located in Prince Frederick.
Wendy brings more than 24 years of experience in real estate and settlement services, along with a reputation for organization, precision, and keeping transactions moving smoothly from contract to close. As a licensed Title Settlement Agent and Notary Public, she offers a depth of knowledge that supports both clients and real estate professionals throughout the closing process.
Originally from California, Wendy spent 18 years working as an Escrow Officer, guiding buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders through successful closings. She later expanded her expertise in South Carolina, gaining valuable loan processing experience during the rollout of TRID regulations—giving her a well-rounded understanding of both sides of the transaction.
Since relocating to Southern Maryland in 2021, Wendy has continued to build a strong reputation for her attention to detail and her ability to manage even the most complex transactions with ease and clarity.
Wendy joins Eagle Title’s Southern Maryland office alongside Settlement Officer Zanna Clayton, strengthening the team’s ability to serve clients across the Southern Maryland region. Together, they bring a shared commitment to delivering a seamless, professional, and positive closing experience.
At Eagle Title, we know that every transaction represents a major milestone. Wendy’s client-first mindset and steady approach help ensure that each closing is handled with care, communication, and confidence from start to finish.
Outside of the office, Wendy lives in St. Mary’s County with her family and two dogs. She also enjoys performing in a band with her husband, where she plays keyboard and sings lead vocals.
Please join us in welcoming Wendy to the Eagle Title team.
